Over four decades ago, I set foot in Costa Rica for a two-week vacation, marking the beginning of a lifelong love affair with this enchanting country. Back then, American and Canadian tourists were just starting to discover the wonders of Costa Rica, and little did I know that this tropical paradise would become my home.​
Drawn in by the breathtaking nature and warm hospitality, I chose to extend my stay and eventually build my life here. I married a wonderful "Tica" girl, became a proud parent to two beautiful children, and now cherish two amazing grandchildren. My journey led me from deep-sea fishing and scuba diving to a profound connection with the world of real estate.
Over two decades ago, I pioneered the path as one of the first entrepreneurs to establish myself as a real estate agent/broker in Manuel Antonio, giving rise to Latitude 9 Realty.
